Storytelling at Holly’s Forest Session

Last week I told stories to two groups of children and their parents in the middle of the woods on the Essex/Suffolk borders. At Dawes Hall Nature Reserve in Lamarsh, Holly teaches forest crafts to local groups. This was patch of snowdrop-bedecked beauty on the banks of the Stour River. Fires, pancakes, knife-making, bow and arrow contruction, rope bridges, a Swedish Fire Log and storytelling.
